Affiliate Policy

1. Overview

Valnee Solutions works with partners and affiliates who refer or co-sell software projects—such as MVPs, AI agents, automations, and custom applications—while Valnee handles 100% of technical execution. This policy outlines how those referral arrangements work.

2. Eligibility

Affiliate and partner arrangements are available to individuals and businesses who refer qualified clients to Valnee. Participation requires approval through our partner application process. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion.

3. Referral and Co-Sell Arrangements

Approved partners may refer or co-sell projects to Valnee. When a referred client engages Valnee for services, the partner may receive a fixed, recurring share of the project revenue for as long as the client relationship continues, as defined in the individual partner agreement.

• Valnee is responsible for all project delivery, billing, and client communication.
• Partners must not make commitments on behalf of Valnee regarding pricing, timelines, or deliverables without written approval.
• Referrals must be disclosed to Valnee before the client enters a formal engagement.

4. Commission and Payment

Commission rates, payment schedules, and qualifying criteria are defined in each partner's signed agreement. Payments are typically made after Valnee receives payment from the referred client for the applicable milestone or billing period.

5. Conduct and Compliance

Partners and affiliates agree to:

• Represent Valnee accurately and professionally in all communications.
• Not use misleading claims, spam, or deceptive marketing practices.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
• Protect confidential information shared as part of the partnership.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a partner or affiliate arrangement with written notice. Valnee may terminate immediately for breach of this policy or the partner agreement. Commissions earned on valid referrals prior to termination remain subject to the terms of the signed agreement.

We may update this Affiliate Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
